TECHNICAL SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR. Vilnius, Lithuania

We’re looking for a Technical Safety and Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our fleet. In this dynamic position, you’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and regulatory authorities, analyzing safety events, conducting risk assessments, and driving corrective actions.   • Perform safety risk assessments and escalate high-risk issues to management.
  • Investigate root causes, propose corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
  • Oversee timely completion of corrective actions and risk management plans.
  • Ensure proper documentation and evidence for case closure.
  • Assist in manufacturers’ Service Bulletins (SBs) and Airworthiness Directives (ADs) safety assessment.

    • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or a similar technical role in aviation.
    • Hands-on experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS), Compliance Monitoring Systems (CMS), and technical investigations.
    • Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations (e.g., EASA Part M/Part CAMO, ICAO, IOSA).
    • Technical expertise in aircraft systems and maintenance practices.
    • Proficiency in risk assessment and root cause analysis.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Aviation Safety or SMS knowledge (e.g., ICAO SMS course, Safety Risk Management training).
    • Aircraft Maintenance License (e.g., EASA Part 66) would be advantageous.

    The final salary is a matter of agreement as it depends on the experience and competencies of the candidate.

    Salary: from 3300 € to 4200 € (brutto)
