KlasJet, a well-known charter company and a part of the world’s largest ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) providers, the Avia Solutions Group family, has announced a new engagement with EL AL Israel Airlines Ltd. This engagement underscores KlasJet’s ongoing efforts to enhance its specialized charter services and expand its global reach.
In the framework of the engagement that began recently, EL AL is leasing from KlasJet two Boeing 737-800 aircraft to serve EL AL Israel Airlines’ specific needs, aiming to maintain the high standard of personalized service for which KlasJet is known.
Augustinas Riskus, Deputy Chief Commercial Officer at KlasJet, commented on the new engagement: “Joining forces with EL AL Israel Airlines represents a significant step for KlasJet in enhancing our specialized charter solutions to a broader clientele. This engagement is a strategic move to broaden our operational footprint and provide tailored travel experiences.”
Gal Gershon, CEO of Sun D’or, remarked on the engagement: “Engaging with KlasJet under this ACMI agreement enhances our operational capacity and flexibility. We look forward to the efficiencies and expanded service capabilities this engagement will bring to our operations.”
Currently, KlasJet operates a 14-aircraft fleet, offering capacities ranging from 10 to 68 seats for VIP services and 186 or 189 passengers for ACMI leasing. KlasJet is part of the Avia Solutions Group family, the world’s largest ACMI providers, operating a fleet of 212 aircraft. The group also provides a range of aviation services including MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), pilot and crew training, ground handling, as well as a variety of associated services.
